We have a new house! And it's SO new, it hasn't been built yet! We saw the exact same model of the house yesterday, so we already know (and love) what it looks like. The neighborhood is perfect for us and in one of the coolest spots in Austin. I'm waaaaay excited. The best part is, it won't be ready to move in until January. The house we are in now will not be ready to sell for probably a month and then we're going on a week long vacation to NYC for T-giving, so we really don't even want to put it on the market till December or January.
